Answer: Neutral Explanation: Any certification is good to have but not necessary, even the NFPA 96 Codes that set industry standard are good to know yet have their short falls. Just because a company pays X amount of dollars to be apart of an association doesn't mean that company will follow thru on their training or knowledge. and Those Associations rarely go an inspect any of their certified associates.
